Sakonnet is dedicated to providing a great user experience, so our clients can focus on marketing and trading and delegate implementation and other technical roles to us.

Conventional software involves lengthy installations, so organizations may often find it no longer fits the business purpose when it arrives. That’s why we designed Xenon to be delivered quickly in any one of three ways, via a remote shared server set, remote dedicated server set or an in-house dedicated server set. Users’ workstations can be linked to a Xenon server set via the Internet or VPNs, or for in-house server sets, their Intranet.

The hosted or partially hosted service is managed from highly secure and resilient data centers run by AT&T to ensure continuous availability. Stringent security measures are put in place to protect sensitive information: data is encrypted to the highest standards; access to servers at the data center is controlled; Sakonnet personnel are given access to client information only under strict operating policies; and we advise our clients on the best way to configure firewalls for Xenon use.
